Tower, Devin Allan, 22, of Truro passed away suddenly on Sunday, August 10, 2014 in Central North River as the result of a single motor vehicle accident. Born in Truro he was a son of Darrell Tower (Shawnna Saunders), Truro and Lisa (Purdy) Tower (John Spears), Truro. Devin was employed at Sobey’s Warehouse in Debert. He loved skateboarding, fishing and gaming. His immediate family was his life along with his friends who loved him dearly. He especially looked up to his big brother Justin, always made time for his nephew Ryley and loved throwing a dart or two with his granddad . Besides his parents Devin is survived by brothers, Darren Purdy and Justin Tower, Truro; several aunts, uncles and cousins. Visitation will be held 7-9pm Wednesday, August 13, and funeral service 2pm Thursday, August 14, all in the Mattatall ~ Varner Funeral Home, 55 Young Street Truro with Rev.Larry Harrison officiating. Family flowers only. Donations in Devin’s memory may be made to a Memorial Fund to be set up for Devin for the Truro Skate Park.
