Passed away suddenly on Friday, August 15, 2014, at the Health Sciences Centre, David (Dave) Connors of Pouch Cove age 84 years. Predeceased by his parents John and Alice, siblings Dan, John, Jerry, Will, Nora, Josephine and Jean; Also his mother and father-in-law Mary and Jim Furlong, and sister-in-law Agatha Walsh. Leaving to mourn with a life-time of happy memories, is his wife of 52 years, Marie; twin sister Veronica of New Hampshire; sisters-in-law Loretta Connors and Alice Murray; brothers-in-law Mike Connors and Bern Walsh; three special nieces Kelly Connors-Roche(Paul), Dyan Corrigan (Ed) and Tamie White (Jamie); dear nephews Keith (Raquel) and Michael (Brenda); Also nieces and nephews of the Murray, Willis, Boyle, and Warywoda Families, and a wide circle of friends especially Mary and Tom O'Keefe, Charles and Jim Moran, and the Cabin Crowd at Mahers. Remains resting at Caul's Funeral Home, Torbay, on Sunday from 6-9 p.m., Monday from 2-9 p.m. and Tuesday from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, August 19, 2014 at 2 p.m. from St. Agnes R.C. Church, Pouch Cove. Interment to follow at St. Agnes Cemetery, Pouch Cove. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations can be made to the St. Agnes Cemetery Fund.
