At her home on Saturday, August 16, 2014, of Theresa Elizabeth Mallard (nee Sheehan), Charlottetown, age 79 years.
Dear mother of John Edward, Diane Ell, Blair (Donna), Vada (Mike) Fernandez, and Sheila Lee (Kevin). Loving grandmother of Shane (Nicole), Scott (Kourtney), Victoria (Troy), Melissa (Aziz), Albert, Joseph and Edward. Lovingly remembered by her great-grandchildren. Twin sister of Margaret “Peg” McInnis (Peter) and sister of Gertie Power (Tom deceased), John Sheehan (Betty), Gerard Sheehan (Doris), Danny Sheehan (Donna), Aiden Sheehan, Agnes Kelly, Mary Peters (Wayne). Sister-in-law of Nora Sheehan and Viola Sheehan.
Predeceased by her husband, Albert Mallard; by her parents, Hugh and Agnes (MacIsaac) Sheehan; by her siblings, Hughie Jr. Sheehan (Margaret), Eddie Sheehan, Frank Sheehan and Joe Sheehan.
Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home until Wednesday at 9:45, then to St. Pius X Church for funeral mass at 10 a.m. Interment in St. Alexis Parish Cemetery, Rollo Bay. Visitation Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Family flowers only.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Pius X CWL, St. Pius X Knights of Columbus, Salvation Army (oil drive) or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
St. Pius X CWL will hold a prayer service at the funeral home on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m.
