Former Director of Nursing and Radiotherapy of Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Center - August 23, 2014. Passed peacefully away in the presence of her family at Chancellor Park at the age of 84. Predeceased by husband Lou, parents Douglas and Mary Ellen Mulcahy, brothers Kenneth, Eric, Michael and Edward (Ned), sisters Mary Brennan and Josephine Shannahan. Leaving to mourn sister Catherine OBrien, sister in-law Agnes Mulcahy and brother in-law John Shannahan. As well as many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Special thank you to the staff of Chancellor Park, where she resided for the last 8 years. Resting at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, on Monday, August 25 from 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday, August 26 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian burial to be held at St. Pius X on Wednesday, August 27 at 9:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre.
