ROBBINS, Wade Joseph – age 58, of Hebron, passed away on August 22, 2014 at the Yarmouth Regional Hospital, Yarmouth. Born in Yarmouth on January 24, 1956, he is a son of Helene (Doucette) Robbins and the late William Robbins. He was a fisherman all his life. He loved the sea. He is survived by his partner, Mable Legge; children, Mark (Robin), Ontario; Amiee Cipparrone (Trevor Eagleshan), Ontario; Tenasitee, Yarmouth; stepson, Raymond Legge, Alberta; siblings, Deanna Robbins-Muise, Wedgeport; Edwina (Allan), Wedgeport; Weldon (Julie), Atwoods Brook; Raquel Thompson (Burns), Yarmouth; 6 grandchildren in Ontario. Funeral arrangements were under the care and direction of H.M. Huskilson’s Funeral Home, Wedgeport, where visitation was held from 7-9 on Monday, August 25, with prayers 8 p.m. in Wedgeport. A funeral mass was held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday in Saint Michael’s Catholic Church, Wedgeport, Father Albeni d’Entremont officiated. An interment was held in the parish cemetery.
