Beloved husband of Jean (nee MacKinnon). Dear father of Michael of Masan, Korea and Charles of Kingston. Brother of Brian Chandler (Marilyn), Cambridge, N.S. Son-in-law of Dorothy Buchanan. Predeceased by his parents, Ralph Chandler and George "Bud" and Bernardine (Dawe) Bell.
Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home from where the funeral will be held on Thursday at 1:30 p.m. Visitation Wednesday 3-5 and 7-9 p.m.
Memorial donations may be made to the P.E.I. Humane Society or to the P.E.I. Cancer Treatment Centre of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
