NOILES, ANITA MARIE JEANETTE - It is with great sadness the family announce the death of Anita Noiles of Saint John, who passed away on Sunday, August 24, 2014 at Bobby’s Hospice, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Rogersville in February of 1945, she was the daughter of the late Francois and Leona (LeBlanc) Bordage. Anita worked for Centracare for over 32 years before retiring in 1999. She enjoyed Boxing Club, flowers, working in her backyard garden and especially time with her precious grandchildren whom she adored. Anita is survived by her loving husband of 46 years Gerald Noiles; three sons Gary (Tina) of Saint John, Reggie (Sylvie) of Dieppe and Blennas (Carrie) of Saint John; precious grandchildren Jared, Bailey, Lindsay, Katia, Taryn, Bryce, Kristen and Dylan; one precious great-grandson Jaxon; brothers Claude (Martine) of PQ, Rejean (Arlene) of Grandbay-Westfield, Gilles (Jeanette) of Fredericton, Roland (Doris) and Donald (Yolande) both of Rogersville; sisters Doreen Brewer (Keith), Rachel Bordage (Raymond) both of Dieppe; Geraldine Bordage (Andre) of Shediac and Dianne MacLaughlin (Ron) of Fredericton; mother-in-law Freda Noiles of Amherst, NS; brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law; many cousins, nieces, nephews; friends; canine companion Porthos and feline companion Sugar.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424) with visitation on Wednesday, August 27th from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A Celebration of Anita’s life will be held on Thursday, August 28th from the Fundy Funeral Home Chapel at 11:00 a.m. Private family interment at St. Joseph’s Cemetery at a later date. Donations in Anita’s memory can be made to Bobby’s Hospice, Saint John Animal Rescue League or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
