STACKHOUSE, AUDREY LORRAINE - It is with great sadness that the family of Audrey Lorraine Stackhouse announces her passing at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Friday, Sept. 5, 2014. Audrey has resided at Serenity Cove Senior Care Home for the past three years. Audrey was born in Quispamsis on Jan. 20, 1922 to the late George and Agnes (Ayer) Saunders. She is the wife of the late J. Ronald Stackhouse. She is survived by her son Wayne (Libby) Stackhouse of Petitcodiac, NB, daughter Dianne Stackhouse of Grand – Bay Westfield, NB, grandchildren; Jim (Kim) Stackhouse of Nepean, ON, Darren (Tara) Pollock of Hammonds Plains, NS and Kathy (Jason) Forster of Moncton, great-grandchildren; Cameron and Kyle Stackhouse, Davis and Destin Pollock, Jillian and Kasey Forster, brother-in-law Roland Wheaton of Quispamsis, sisters-in-law; Marjorie Calvin, Laura Hartin, Evelyn Sheffar of Saint John, Muriel Stackhouse and Linda (John) Wilson of Nepean, ON, nieces and nephews as well as several cousins. She was predeceased by sister Joan Wheaton and brother Douglas Saunders.
Visitation will be held on Monday, Sept. 8, 2014 from 2 to 4 pm & 6 to 8pm at Castle Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2014 at 11:30am at Castle “Fallsview” Chapel. A Reception will follow the service at the Castle “Fallsview” Reception Center. Interment to take place in the Ocean View Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
