ATWOOD, WENDY - It is with great sadness the family of Mrs. Wendy Atwood of Grand-Bay Westfield announce her unexpected passing at her residence on September 5, 2014. Born in Saint John she was a daughter of Gordon and the late Constance Gibbon (Albert). Wendy is survived by her loving Husband Sean Atwood; her father Gordon Gibbon; her Mother and Father-in-law Merry Atwood and Gary Myers; her son Jason Stevens (Shawna) of Saint John; four grandchildren Jaylin, Alyssa, Jack and Charlie. Also survived by three brothers Gary Gibbon of Moncton, Kevin Gibbon of Alberta and Stephen Gibbon of Minto; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 8, 2014 from 7 to 9pm at Castle Funeral Home. A Memorial Service will take place on Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at 2:00pm at Castle “Fallsview” Chapel. In lieu of flowers donations made to the SPCA would be greatly appreciated by the family as Wendy had a great love for animals.
