It is with great sadness and heartbreaking sorrow, that the family of Abbie Price of Grand Bank announces her passing at the Blue Crest Nursing Home on August 30th, 2014 at the age of 88 years. Abbie was born on November 4th, 1925 at Little Bay East, NL to Aaron and Sarah Miles. Abbie married her true love, Edgar Price of Brunette Island on June 30th, 1942. Left to mourn are sons, John (Alberta), Les (Mary), George (Shirley Luscombe), Wilson (Linda) and Wayne (Diane) and daughters Laura Trimm, Vera Harris (Gord), Betty (Larry Langdon) and Janice Meade (Wayne). Grandchildren, Lily Price, Kerry Price (Amanda), Shaun Trimm (Gail), Darrin Trimm (Bonnie), Trevor Trimm (Pam), Crystal Harris (Mike Dawe), Clinton Price (Tanya), Adele Miles, Monique Douglas (Steve), Cheryl Burt (Steve), Raymond Price (Tina), Marsheline Jackman (Chris), Tammy Royle (Craig), Trina Foote (Jerry), Gary Skinner (Christa), Melissa O’Reilly, Terri Durdle (Trevor), Kim O’Neill (Gary), Chris Fehr, Kim West (Rob), Debbie Forsey (Chad), Wanda Power (Paul) and Wayne Meade (Amanda). Funeral Service was conducted by Rev. Peter Wendover from St. Alban's Anglican Church, Grand Bank Tuesday, September 2nd at 1pm. Interment followed at Anglican Cemetery, Grand Bank. Pall Bearers were; John Price, George Price, Les Price, Wilson Price, Wayne Price, Gord Harris, & Wayne Meade.
