CHAHLEY, MARGERY EDITH (nee DARLING) - Margery Chahley passed away peacefully on September 9, 2014, in her ninety-seventh year. Devoted wife for 61 years of the late William (2005). Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Joanne and Fred Bidini, Chris Chahley and Kathy Coyle, and Wayne and Sharon Chahley, and proudest Grammy and Great-Grammy of their families. Loving sister and best friend of Helen McIntosh Darling, the late Virginia Cameron-Lang and the late Frances Francis, and much-loved Aunt Mar to their families. Lover of life, children and animals, flowers, music, small kindnesses and carefully chosen words. Gracious, good-hearted, good-natured and unfailingly polite, she will be very missed. The family extends deepest gratitude to Maxine Blake and June Chambers, for their superb compassionate care, and sincere thanks to the wonderful staff of The Westbury LTC Residence.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Glen Oaks Memorial Chapel and Reception Centre, 3164 Ninth Line (at Dundas) Oakville on Friday, September 12, 2014 at 11am. Visitation prior from 10am. Interment to follow at Glen Oaks Memorial Gardens. On-Line condolences may be shared at www.glenoaks.ca
