It is with immense love and heavy hearts that we announce the transition of our beloved husband, father and grandfather, Carl Gibson Reid (September 9, 1943 - September 11, 2014) aged 71 years. Carl passed gently away in the arms of his loved ones Thursday at the Hoyles Escasoni home. Predeceased by his parents hazel Reid (Mitchell) and Charles Reid. Left to mourn is his beautiful, loving wife of 50 years, Priscilla Reid (Walsh), his darling daughter, Michelle Wiseman and her 3 children, Kirstie, Kyle & Brandon Wiseman. His handsome son Duane Coish - Reid and his husband Stacy Coish - Reid. His sister and husband June & Wilf Schmidt and cousins. Carl had an amazing and vibrant personality. He was always social and always smiling. The family would like to extend a heart felt thank you to the team at 1 east of the Hoyles Escasoni home. Your empathy and care were vigilant. Thank you Ambrose, Denise, Stephen, Glenys, Duke, Valerie, Alana, patsy, Stephanie, Diane, Diane, Josylyn & Michelle. Relatives & friends may visit Carl & his family at Caul's funeral home, 84 LeMarchant road, St. John's, NL. Viewing Sunday 2-4, 7-9 and Monday 2-4, 7-9.
