In his 59th year, by accident Sunday, September 14, 2014, the passing of Patrick “Paddy” MacGillivray of Glenfanning, devoted husband to Sharon (Gallant) MacGillivray.
Born in Montague, December 30, 1955, he was the son of the late Aeneas and Violet (MacDearmid) MacGillivray. Paddy will be greatly missed by his loving children, Dennis MacGillivray, Nancy (Andy) Driscoll; cherished grandchildren, Savannah Driscoll, Grayson Driscoll; sisters, Gladys (David) Quinn, Shirley MacGillivray; uncle, Preston (Leona) MacDearmid; aunt, Evelyn McGillivray; niece, Lisa MacDougall; nephews, Michael (Kim) Quinn, Scott Quinn, Jeffrey Quinn and Cory (Terra) Quinn.
Predeceased by brother, Cyril, and an infant brother.
Resting at Ferguson Logan Montague Funeral Home with visiting on Wednesday, September 17, 2014, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral mass will be held on Thursday, September 18, 2014, at 2 p.m., from All Saints Catholic Church, Cardigan. Interment to take place in the parish cemetery.
