Georgina (Boo) MacKenzie
On June 17, 2014 The MacKenzie and Bryden families lost our anchor. The family of the late Boo MacKenzie would like to take this opportunity to express our heartfelt appreciation to the many friends and relatives who helped make the loss of a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend bearable through their acts of kindness, sympathy, and support. Thank you for the food, cards, visits, and especially the many flowers. Heartfelt thanks to the pallbearers and honorary pallbearers who carried her to her final resting place. To Rev. David MacLean, Martha MacDonald and the combined choirs of Gordon United Church and St. Joseph’s Church for their words and hymns of inspiration. To the Gordon Church Women for the wonderful lunch served after the service. To Dr. O’Brien for his guidance and support. Many thanks to those who attended especially those who travelled long distances to be with us in our time of sorrow and loss.
