ARSENEAULT, MRS RITA - (1923 - 2014) - Rogersville - At the Miramichi Regional Hospital, on Monday, September 15th, 2014, at the age of 91, passed away Rita Arseneault, wife of the late Emile Arseneault. She was living in Rogersville, formerly of Collette. Born June 2nd, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Marc Bernard and the late Marie-Anne Arseneau. She is survived by four daughters: Anne-Marie, Fernande (Normand Vautour) both of Rogersville, Joanne (Gérard Arseneault) of Collette and Simonne of Fredericton; three sons: Jean-Paul (Wanda MacDonald), Jean-Guy (Lucille) and Daniel all from Rogersville; eight grandchildren: Chantal, Monique, Serge, Caroline, Michelle, Karine, Julien and Conrad; six great-grandchildren: Danika, Jolène, Benjamin, Bianca, Janie and Alexane; two sisters: Louise (late Wilfred Buotte) and Gérarda (Emile Gallant) as well as many nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by one son Omer; one grandson Denis; two sisters: Evangéline and Thérèse and her brother Joseph.
The funeral service will be held at the Saint-François de Sales Roman Catholic Church in Rogersville, on Friday, September 19th, at 3pm. Visiting hours: Thursday, September 18th, from 2pm to 4pm and 7pm to 9pm and on Friday, September 19th, from 1:30pm until departure for the funeral. Donations for the Food Bank and Rogersville Cemetery would be appreciated.
