FLAGLOR, THOMAS WILLIAM – It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Thomas William Flaglor which occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Wednesday, September 17th, 2014 after a brief illness. Born 1947, in Hibernia, NB, he was the son of the late Thomas and Jennie (Little) Flaglor. Tom worked for Centennial Motors, Royal Gardens, and Courier. He enjoyed working with cars and building things. In his earlier years, Tom drove stockcar. Tom is survived by his loving wife Diane (Nobles) of 45 years; sons Tommy (Tricia) of Barnesville, Tim (Mandy) of Barnesville; daughters Sheri Leblanc (Paul) of Saint John, Stephanie (Craig Price) of Damascus; brothers Jimmy and Ira and sisters Gladys Beck and Marie Sherwood all of PEI; grandchildren Nick, Brandi, Josh, Natalie, Taylor, and Brendan; special pets Sadie and Pepper; as well as several nieces, nephews and friends. Besides his parents, Tom was predeceased by his two sisters Millie Perry and Helen Shiels.
Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424) A memorial service will take place from the Fundy Funeral Home chapel on Saturday, September 20th, 2014 at 2 p.m. A visitation will be held at 12 noon, 2 hours prior to service. A private interment will take place at a later date. Donations in Tom’s memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick, the Canadian Cancer Society or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
