Passed peacefully away, surrounded by her loving family, Una Marion Hulan (nee: Gillam) at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital in Stephenville, NL on Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at the age of 77 years. She was pre-deceased by her loving husband Rodney; infant daughter; grandson Garrett and sister Mary Short. Memories of Una will always be cherished by her loving and devoted family: Sons: Calvin (Brenda), Mark (Chloe), Kent (Maureen); daughter Verna; precious grandchildren: Alicia (Dayton), Matthew (Jillian), Mandi (Peter), Janelle (Nick), Keegan (Angelina); precious great-grandson Palmer; sisters: Gladys Clare (Gordon), Valerie Cassell (Ross), Rhoda Howe (Warren); brother Spencer (Sylvia); step-mother Rachel McKay; brother-in-law Robert Short and many other close relatives and friends. Visitation will take place from St. George’s Anglican Church in Robinson’s on Saturday, September 20th from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. from where the Funeral Service will take place on Sunday, September 21, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. with Father Nick Griffith officiating. Inurnment will follow in the Anglican Cemetery, McKay’s. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to a charity of ones’ choice.
