Peacefully, at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, on Tuesday, September 23, 2014, of Eldon Clinton of Hazelbrook, age 68 years.
Beloved husband of Dianne Clinton (nee Shepherd) and loving father of Carol Clinton (Blain MacAulay), Lynn Bradley (Mike), Shelly Bradley (Joseph) and James Clinton (Sharon). Elden is also survived by eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; sisters, Doris Spencer, Jean Jewell and Ruth Powell; foster sons, Richard MacKinnon and Norman and Ben Bezanson; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his son, Scott; great-granddaughter, Rebecca; parents, Luke and Sara Clinton; brothers, Art, Elmer, Earl, Lorne and Lloyd Clinton; and sisters, Mary Oatway and Iris Rogers.
Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home, 2 Hollis Ave., Stratford, for visitation on Friday, September 26, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday, September 27, at St. Dunstan’s Basilica at 10 a.m. Interment will follow later at the Roman Catholic Cemetery.
