It is with heavy hearts that the family of Doug Guy announce his death on Tuesday, September 23rd, 2014 at the age of 57. Born in Corner Brook, NL, he was the husband of Uli Guy of Burton, NB, and son of Mary and the late Clifford "Tom" Guy of Corner Brook, NL. In addition to his wife, Uli, Doug leaves behind his children, Bianca and Jeff (Carolyn) Guy; siblings, Patsy Murphy, Robert (Kim), and Alan (Ellen) Guy; as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family in Newfoundland and Germany. Doug's love for motorcycles, especially Harleys, was second only to his love for his family. He will be deeply missed. There will be no formal service at Doug's request. A visitation will be held at Oromocto Funeral Home, 108 Winnebago St., on Saturday, September 27th, 2014 from 4-7 pm. Interment will take place in Corner Brook at a later date.
