ROSS, FAY L. - Fay L. Ross, 85, of Serenacare Special Care Home, and formerly of Scotch Settlement, with her loving family at her side, passed away peacefully at her residence on Thursday, September 25, 2014. Born in Loggieville, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Effie (MacLean) MacDonald. Fay was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister. Fay will be sadly missed by her daughters, Karen Larkin of Centerville, NS, Bonnie Smith (Kenny) of Moncton, Sandra MacCallum (Kenny) of Chapman, Maine and Debbie Yetman (Calvin) of Irishtown; son, Brent (Shawne) of Moncton; grandchildren, Andrew, Nicole, Melissa, Jeffrey, Kevin, Scott, Kyle, Ben, Brittany, Brianna, Kayla, Sean and Brian; great-grandchildren, Emma, Brendon, Gracie, Alexa, Landon, Lyla, Evelyn, Lexi, Emmett, Ethan and Jaxon; brothers, Len MacDonald , Windsor MacDonald, Jim MacDonald (Shirley) and Clarence “Junior” MacDonald (Margaret); sisters, Mona Bryanton and Ponsy Dickson (Carl); several nieces, nephews and extended family members. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Garfield Ross (2004); granddaughters, Elizabeth and Jacklyn; brothers, Byron, Al, Ray and Mark; sisters, Effie, Verna and Thelma.
Visitation at Fergusons Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995) on Friday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm. Funeral Service at Fergusons Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, September 27, 2014 at 1:30 pm with Charles O’Regan, Albert Clark and Lucy Warren officiating. Reception in the Funeral Home Reception Centre following the service. Interment, Fair Haven Memorial Gardens.
