MOORCROFT, LUELLA MAE - Luella M. (Mooers) Moorcroft of Temperance Vale, NB passed away September 26, 2014 at Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital. Luella was born in 1930 at Temperance Vale, NB, a daughter of the late Fred and Ada (MacFarlane) Mooers. She is survived by her children, Dianna Tait (Lorne), Fredericton, NB, Brenda Tretiak (Bryan), Calgary, AB, Kenneth Moorcroft (Marge), Acme, AB, Debbie Christie (George), Central Waterville, NB, Stewart Moorcroft (Anita), Grand Prairie, AB and Stephanie Hoekman (Roger), Upper Hainesville, NB; twelve grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; a sister, Isabel Grant, Fredericton, NB; several sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, James Moorcroft in 2012; a granddaughter, Sabrina Christie; sisters, Hilda Monteith and Evelyn Marney and brothers, Lee, Edison and Hazen Mooers.
Visiting hours will be held at Flewelling Funeral Home, 585 Otis Drive, Nackawic, NB on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral service will be held on Monday, September 29, 2014 at 2 pm from the funeral home chapel with Rev. Bob Johnson officiating. Interment at Temperance Vale Cemetery.
