It is with heartfelt sadness we announce the sudden passing of such a warm, caring, generous person. Avril Grace Elliott (Fiander). Predeceased by her father Matthew Fiander and parents-in-law Daisy and Owen Elliott. Leaving to mourn her best friend and husband of 50 years Franklin Elliott and only daughter Kim (Paul Dwyer); two grandchildren whom she loved dearly Jessica and Zachary; her mother Frances Fiander; three loving sisters Lucille (Bob), Ruby (Dave), Marilyn (Allan); brother and sister - in - law Terry (Marion) and Shirley (Sandy), and many nieces, nephews, close friends Violet and Gordon, John and Ruth and many friends and other relatives. Cremation will take place. Visitation at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road on Monday from 12 noon - 7 p.m. Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at 2 p.m. from Cowan Heights United Church. Inurnment to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made to a charity of one's choice or Cowan Heights United Church.
