Passed peacefully away at Dr. Albert O'Mahony Memorial Manor, Clarenville on Wednesday, October 1, 2014, Melvin Heber Eddy of North Harbour, P. Bay, aged 69 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Phyllis of 46 years; daughters Teena Eddy (Dan), Lana Eddy (Bryan) and Glenda Varrin (Rodney); grandchildren Lena, David, Eddy and Philip; parents Stanley and Irene Eddy; sisters Doreen (Frank Hanrahan) and Thelma (Frank Rodway); brothers Calvin (Lillian) and Cyril (Amanda); and a large circle of family and friends. Memorial service will take place 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 4, 2014 at the United Church, North Harbour with interment to follow at the United Cemetery, North Harbour.
