Spicer, Stephen Cecil, 62, of Truro passed away at his home as a result of complications from Diabetes. Born in Truro on November 10, 1951, he was a son of the late Cecil Roy and Alma T. (Yetter) Spicer. Stephen enjoyed walking and spent many hours at the malls. He looked forward each week to dinner at Kane’s Kitchen and the fellowship of friends and facilitators. His happiest times were at the family cottage at Upper Economy where he loved to roam the beach and have bonfires. He is survived by brother, Lloyd (Vivian) and sister, Lorraine Colpitts; ten nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by brother, George A. (Ruth). Arrangements have been entrusted to the Mattatall ~ Varner Funeral Home, 55 Young Street Truro. Visitation and service times will be announced later. Family flowers only.
