THERIAULT, CECILE MARIE - The passing of Cecile Marie Theriault of York Care Center, formerly of Hillcrest Dr. Fredericton, NB, wife of the late Laurent J Theriault occurred on Friday, October 3, 2014 at the York Care Center, 100 Sunset Dr. Fredericton NB. Born in Beresford, NB, she was the daughter of the late Jean and Rose Anna (Cormier) Roy. She was a life long employee of New Brunswick Liquor Licensing Board, retiring several years ago. Most important in her life was her faith in God and her family. She could never do enough for her children and grandchildren. She was a member of St. Anthony’s Parish. Cecile is survived by her three sons, Paul Theriault (Linda), Jacques Theriault (Anne), and Daniel Theriault (Nancy); daughter, Huguette Kitchen; 15 grandchildren, Courtney, Chantal, Nicole, and Gilles Theriault, Jesse Kitchen, Natya Thackery, Charlotte Kessler, Rachel Jezowski, Daniel, Gregory and Madeline Theriault, Ashley Erb, Jennifer Theriault, Charles McGrath, and Teann Hennick, two brothers, Liguori Roy (Hélène), and Reginald Roy (Martha); several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Beside Cecile’s husband and parents she is predeceased by four brothers, Gerard, Delphé, Hermyl, and Adrien Roy; two sisters, Eulalie Dugas and Clarisse Roy-Carroll.
A Visitation will be held at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Dr. Fredericton NB on Monday, October 6, 2014 from 2to 4 PM. The Funeral Service will be held at the T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel, York Funeral Home at 4 PM. Father Monte Peters will officiate. Interment will be held at the St. Anthony’s Cemetery.
