WISHART, MAXWELL - Maxwell Wishart passed away peacefully at ProTem Health Services on Saturday, October 4, 2014, at the age of 86. Born in Tabusintac, NB, he was the son of the late George and Edith (Beattie) Wishart. Maxwell is survived by his daughter Linda Wishart of Moncton and son, William Wishart of Sydney, NS, sister Geraldine (Jack) Christie and his niece Kim (Kevin) Gallant. Besides his parents he is predeceased by his wife Anna Wishart (MacPherson), and by his brother Clive. Max loved his family and friends, he enjoyed his time woodworking and being outdoors.
A Celebration of Maxwell’s life will be held in the Garden View Reception Room of Fair Haven Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at 2:00pm. Interment will follow the celebration at Fair Haven Memorial Gardens. The family wishes to gratefully acknowledge the staff at ProTem Health services for the excellent care Maxwell was given. Flowers gratefully declined in favor of donations to the Alzheimer’s Society or to The Canadian Cancer Society.
