LaPLANTE, SANDRA - 1941 - 2014 - Mrs Sandra LaPlante, passed away on Saturday, October 4, 2014 at the age of 73 at the Tracadie-Sheila Hospital surrounded by her family. Wife of the late Normand LaPlante of Tracadie-Sheila. Born May 17, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Peter MacMillan and the late Murielle Burgess. She is survived by two daughters: Annette (Daniel Savoie) of Pointe-à-Bouleau and Janet (Jean-Pierre Ouellet) of Dieppe; two sons: Raymond (Céline Losier) of Tracadie-Sheila and Marc (France McGraw) of Pont-Landry; eight grandchildren: David, Mathieu, Tracy, Pascale, Alexie, Kayla, Lauréanne and Ryan; one sister, Rhoda Scammell of Kingston, ON; four sisters-in-law: Eveline (late Denis LaPlante), Géraldine LaPlante, Alfreda (Gérard LaPlante) and Marie-Paule (Robert Mineault) and many nephews and nieces. Predeceased by one brother, William (Billy) MacMillan.
