It is with great sadness that the family of the late Bernard James Brake announce his passing on Monday September 29, 2014 at the age of 61 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his brother Garland Brake (Marie); nieces: Regina Maloney (Cal), Bernice Rose (Clarence), and Corina Simmons (Steve) Tina (James); nephews: Leo Quigley (Joan), Kerry Quigley, Alfred Quigley, and Tim Quigley (Denise), Terry (Karen), Shawn (Joie) also a large circle of other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Walter and Eva Brake; brothers: Arthur Joseph, Fredrick, and Wilfred; sister Nora, and niece Maureen Quigley. Family will be receiving friends on Wednesday October 8th from the Country haven Funeral Home Chapel at 1 p.m. from where a memorial service will follow at 2:30 p.m. officiated by Father Edward Terry and Father Donald Leonard. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy in lieu of flowers donations may be made in Bernard’s memory to a charity of one’s choice.
