MARKS, MARION ROSALIE – It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Marion Rosalie (Bailey) Marks which occurred at Kennebec Manor on Wednesday, October 8th, 2014. Born 1921, in Apple River, NS, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Grace (Copp) Bailey. Marion always put her family first. Her family was her life. She was a great card player who enjoyed cooking and baking. Marion is survived by her loving husband Floyd of 63 years; son Gary (Ellen); daughters Judy Allen (Kenny), Linda Clements (Wayne), Diane Marks all of Saint John; nine grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces, nephews and friends. Besides her parents, Marion was predeceased by her sibings Vivian, Gertrude, Franklin and Ernest.
Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424) A funeral service will take place from the Fundy Funeral Home chapel on Saturday, October 11th, 2014 at 11 a.m. An interment will take place at a later date.
