January 4, 1944 - October 15, 2014 Passed peacefully away on Wednesday, October 15, 2014 at the Health Sciences Centre surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents, John and Mary (Mollie Dinn), brothers Basil and Michael, father-in-law, Gordon Butler and wife Margaret (White). Leaving with fond and loving memories, his wife and best friend Rosarii (Butler), sisters Patricia (Arnold d.) Hamlyn, Lorraine (John d.) Gaulton, nephews Brian (Carla) and Glenn Gaulton. In-laws, Sharon Critch (Eriksen), Bud (Charlotte) Butler, Ron (Angela) Butler, Shawn (Esther) Butler, Dan (Maxine) Butler, Brenda (Walter) Day, Patricia (Wilf) Winter, Isabelle (Roger) Beaulieu, Darrin (Michele) Butler. A large circle of loving nieces and nephews, special niece Samantha Butler and son Parker, as well as many other extended family and friends. Special mention to his Tim Horton's coffee mates Phil, Bob, Joe and Kay. A very special thank you to the staff of the Coronary Care Unit, HSC. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home LeMarchant Road, Friday & Saturday, from 10:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will take place at Holy Rosary Parish, Portugal Cove, on Sunday, October 19, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. Cremation to follow.
