On Saturday, October 18th, 2014, Violet Hodder of Agnes Pratt Nursing Home, St. John's, passed away peacefully at the age of 89. Predeceased by Meaghan (granddaughter), Marilyn (daughter), (Rev.) Nelson Hodder (husband), and Glenys (daughter). Sadly missed by grandson Matthew (Sarah), great-grandchildren Jackson and Emma, and son-in-law (Rev.) Cordell Parsons (Joanne). A special thanks is extended to the staff of Agnes Pratt Nursing Home and to Myrtle and Earl Williams. We celebrate your gifts of love, companionship, and care. Violet was cremated through Barrett's Funeral Home. A Memorial Service is planned for Saturday, November 15th, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. from St. James United Church, St. John's.
