BURNETT, MARGARET OLIVE - The passing of Margaret O. Burnett of Fredericton occurred at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital on October 23, 2014, she was 83. Born in Fredericton, NB, she was a daughter of the late Fred and Eleanor (Boreland) Camber and wife of the late Ronald Burnett. Margaret attended the Island View Baptist Church Church. In the early years she worked on the farm before eventually going to work at CFNB and later for District #26 as a School Bus Driver. She was a major homemaker loving to cook, an avid square dancer and along with her husband Ron they raised Arabian Horses, operating and owning Silverwood Arabians. Margaret was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She is survived by her cherished daughter Kimberley “Kim” Taylor (Frank); much loved granddaughter Riley Taylor; niece Cathy (Terry); great-nieces, nephews and their family’s Chris (Jane) and Lucas, Stephen (Kristan) and Makayla and Keira, Jenna and Jayla; sister-in-law Jean Wilson (Murray) and their family Chad Wilson, Drew Wilson (Danelle) their daughter Sadie Mae. Predeceased by a sister Olive and brother-in-law Neill Burnett.
Resting at Bishop’s Funeral Home 540 Woodstock Road on Saturday October 25, 2014 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. A funeral service will be held Sunday October 26, 2014 at the Island View Baptist Church at 3:00 PM with Rev. Paul Thompson officiating. Interment in the Dunphy Cemetery.
