1919 – 2014
On October 27, 2014, in her 96th year, at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Hazel was peacefully taken home to be with her Lord and Saviour.
Hazel is the daughter of the late Charles and Rhoda (Enman) Clark. Predeceased by her husbands, Robert Butterfield and Frederick Underwood, and by her brothers, Ernest and Ivan.
Survived and sadly missed by her brother, Elwood Clark, Pincher Creek, Alberta; her children, Garth Butterfield (Jacquie), Cheryl Dudley (Neil), Jacquie Mackay (Carl), Dana Butterfield, Glenn Butterfield (Sheryl) and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home for visitation Wednesday 5:30–8:30 p.m. Funeral Thursday from Community Baptist Church, 162 Sherwood Rd., at 11 a.m.
