GALLANT, LOUIS - 1963 - 2014 - Louis Gallant, 51, of Dieppe, NB, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, October 29th, 2014. Born in Campbellton, NB, he was the son of Peggy (née Frenette) and the late Richard Gallant. Mr. Gallant was the owner/operator of Maritime Tool Repair Ltd. He had a passion for nature; particularly enjoyed hunting and fishing. Besides his mother, Peggy, he is survived by his wife, Sylvie (née Lemieux); one son, Rémi Yvon, at home; four sisters: Pauline (Tommy) Vienneau of Eel River Crossing, Rachel (Bernard) Gallant Dobbin of Petit-Rocher, Monique (Milan) Vienneau of Eel River Crossing and Francine Gallant (Jack Hebert) of Richibucto; one brother, Ricky Gallant (Camille Arseneau) of Pointe-du-Chêne; the extended Lemieux family; several nieces and nephews, as well as many friends.
Besides his father, he was predeceased by his brother, Bobby.
Visitation will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, NB (857-1901) on Sunday from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral mass will be celebrated from Saint-Anselme Roman Catholic Church, Dieppe, NB on Monday, November 3rd, 2014 at 11 am.
