Richard Livingstone

Born In: New Glasgow, Nova Scotia, Canada

Passed in: Alberta, Canada
Passed on: October 28th, 2014

It is with very heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Richard "Ricky" Raymond Livingstone.
Anyone who knew him would describe him as the most kind hearted person you could meet. He was always happy, but never as happy as when he was with or talking about his son, Keagen. Rick loved his family, friends and "buddies" and would never pass up an opportunity to spend time with them; be it at a good fishing hole, driving around in his latest car, watching a good Netflix series, or playing outside and tromping through the woods with the kids. Rick had this thing about him; all kids were just drawn to him and loved him so much. Everyone did. And that love has shown through in the steadfast support and love of our community. Thank you all.
Ricky is predeceased by his loving and amazing mother, Cindy Livingstone who God had called home in 2006. Surviving this loss is Ricky's son Keagen Livingstone, father Robert Livingstone, sisters Raylene Livingstone (Matthew Fraser) Darcy Livingstone (Jacob MacDonald) niece & nephew Isabelle and Miles Fraser, grandmother's Kaye MacKay (the late Raymond MacKay) Alice Livingstone (the late Bob Livingstone) and a number of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A public funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 11 A.M. from the H.W.Angus Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Alan Klein officiating .
The family will receive visitors from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. on Wednesday in the funeral home chapel.
Burial will be in the MacPherson’s Mills Cemetery .
A reception will follow the service in the MacPherson’s Mills Community Center.
Donations in memory of Ricky may be made to MacPherson’s Mills Cemetery Fund or to a education fund for his son Keagen.
