GINTER: Tracey Lea Ginter age 46 years of Calgary, AB and formerly of Swift Current, SK passed away October 12, 2014 at The Foothills Hospital, Calgary, AB. A memorial service in her memory was held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, November 1, 2014 from the Chapel of Warren's Funeral Home, Swift Current, SK, with John Duncan officiating. The urn bearer was Tim Collier and the honorary pallbearers were all who shared in her life. Tracey was survived by: a daughter Austyn Larkam; her father Abe (Cindy) Ginter; a brother Darrell (Cheryl) Ginter; nieces & nephews: Sabre (Sonny & Zander) Ginter; Ross (Vicki & Raylen) Ginter; Angus Ginter, Max Ginter, Ara Ginter, as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. She was predeceased by: her mother Pat (Baumann) Haley; grandparents Anslem & Ina Baumann and John & Susan Ginter as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Tracey was born in Swift Current and graduated from the Comprehensive High School in 1986. She then attended a year of interior design at the Mount Royal College in Calgary, AB. In Swift Current she was employed at Wong's Kitchen and the Eagles Club, and in Calgary she had numerous jobs at Sears and Bartended at clubs and Inns. She volunteered at her daughter's Elementary Schools more recently at a Soup Kitchen serving the homeless, which she really enjoyed. In her younger years she was very active in figure skating and attended many pageants. She loved drawing, arts and crafts. More recently she was a fan of food network and loved all the cooking shows, as well as CMT, and of course her cat Alaska was her constant companion. In her Memory donations to the Salvation Army, would be appreciated by the family. Warren's Funeral Home were entrusted with the arrangements.
