MR. GERARD “GERRY” FRANCIS GIBERSON
1957 - 2014

Gerry Giberson, age 57, passed away Friday, November 7, 2014, at the Giberson family home in Tweedsmuir, SK. He was born Sunday, March 10, 1957, in Prince Albert, SK. Gerry is survived by: the love of his life Kamal; his sons Harley (Dawn), Devin (Erin), Gerry (Raylene); his stepdaughters Jaileigh, Lani Kaelan; his grandchildren Mylan, Morgan, Darius, Melody, Lincoln, Dylan, Tiegan, Jayce, Taige, Marleigh; his sisters Dee (Grant), Lana (Doug), Kim (Randy); his nieces and nephew Jessica, Jada, Kolton; numerous relatives and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents Frank and Dolores Murphy; Ranceford and Hannah Giberson; his parents Perlie and Marilyn Giberson; his son Derrick Giberson. Gerry will be remembered by his family and friends as a gentle man with a genuine kindness for people. His ‘generous, thoughtful presence’ will be missed. Gerry always made time for people and his ‘personality lifted an entire room’. “What we have once enjoyed we can never lose; all that we love deeply becomes part of us.” Celebration of Gerry’s Life will take place at 10:00 a.m., Friday, November 14 at River Park Memorial Chapel. Officiant will be Father D. J. Vu. Interment will take place in the summer of 2015. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the care of Donald M. Moriarty, Funeral Director.
