On November 11, 2014, Anna Thiessen of Spiritwood, SK, formerly of Park Valley and Big River, passed away at the age of 101 years. Left to mourn are her children: Margaret Vaadeland of Barrhead, AB, Mary (Richard) George of Barrhead, AB, Sarah (Dale) Stephens of McBride, B.C., Martha Johnson of Prince George, B.C., Jud Paynter nee Bernard Thiessen (Bruce Thompson) of Delta, B.C., and Bernice (Wayne) Scobie of Whitecourt, A.B.; 26 grandchildren, 46 great grandchildren and numerous great great grandchildren. Also two in-laws Vivian Thiessen of Prince Albert, SK and Hank McArthur of Whitecourt, AB. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday November 15, 2014, Park Valley Local Church, Lake Four, SK at 1:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Lake Four Cemetery, Lake Four, SK.
