Passed peacefully away on Thursday, November 13, 2014 at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital in the presence of her family, Loretta O'Neill, one month short of her 99th birthday (December 31, 2014). Predeceased by her son Barry; Parents Marcella and Augustus Scaplen; brothers Gordon and Hubert; sisters Genevieve Walsh and Mary Lawlor. Leaving to mourn daughter, Pamela Dillon (Frank); grandchildren Kelly Dillon, Jason Dillon (Nancy), Jonathon Dillon (Melissa). Great Grandchildren Sarah and Jenna Hunt, Drew and Gavin Dillon, Elijah, Meadow and Isaac Dillon; brother Gerald (Mavis); sisters Joan Dillon, Pat Wight and Bernadette Tobin; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Special thank you to the staff of 7 East St. Clare's Mercy Hospital and the staff of Pearl House. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Sunday, November 16 from 2-4 and 7-9. Funeral Service will take place from Caul's Chapel on Monday, November 17 at 9:30 a.m. Cremation to follow.
