The death occurred at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Saturday, Nov. 15, 2014, of Joan DesRoche, of Summerside, aged 64 years. Born in Summerside, she was the daughter of the late Alyre and Rosie (Gallant) DesRoche. Survived by her brothers and sisters Walter (Gail), Roger, Jean DesRoche, Pat (Joe) Gagné, Paul (Linda), Sharon (Blair) Coughlin, Shelley MacInnis and Arlene (Ken) Bryanton; aunts Leona Gallant and Theresa Martin; and by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a sister-in-law Linda DesRoche. Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside, where funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. Interment in St. Paul’s Cemetery, Summerside. Visiting hours Tuesday from 6 to 9 p.m. Memorial donations to The Children’s Wish Foundation would be appreciated.
