With great sorrow but with pride for a life well lived, the family announces the death of their beloved father, Jimmy Keough on Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2014 at his residence in Whitney Pier.
Jimmy was one of 8 children born to the late Elizabeth (Heany) and James Keough.

A truly devout man, he provided his children with a living example of faith and love in his everyday life. From singing in the choir to serving on the altar, Jimmy walked his life in adherence to the teachings of his faith. Jimmy combined a strong sense of humour with a quiet, gentle approach to those around him, and his family will miss his “ I love you’s”, very much. Thankfully our memories of our truly remarkable Dad will comfort us for years to come.
Jimmy was predeceased by his brothers, Pierce, Gerry and Joe, sisters, Mary and Madeline, by his first wife Mary (Slade) and second wife Ada (Halleran).
He is survived by his sister, Anna (LeTourneau); children, Marilyn (Ken Hallam); Beverly, Maureen (Lester) Capstick, Terry (Kathy) and Anne Marie (Roger Chiasson); grandchildren, Christopher and Lindsay Tennyson, Bradley, Allison and Keith Capstick, Greg and Derek Keough, Geoffrey Keough, Ashley and Jordan Chiasson, and Michael Hallam.
