MILLER, EUNICE ELIZABETH - It is with great sadness that the family of Eunice Miller announces her passing on November 27, 2014 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. She was born on April 18, 1939 in Carrolls Crossing, NB to the late Roy and Hazel (Lyons) Stewart. Eunice was very sociable. She was a big part of the Risteen's Landing social committee, helping set up any event that happened. She had a passion for volunteering, helping with events at The Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #4 and at Christ Church (Parish) Church. Eunice's spare time was spent building puzzles and playing cards, except on Sunday's. She was very faithful to her church and rarely missed a service. She is survived by her daughter, Bonnie Crossman (Edward); her siblings, Joe (Heather), John, Barry, Donna (John), Rowena (Ashley) and Myra and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Including her parents, Eunice was predeceased by her husband, Guy Miller and her daughter, Mary.
Visitation will be held at McAdam's Funeral Home on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm. A memorial service will take place on Thursday, December 4, 2014 at 2:00 pm in the J. A. McAdam Memorial Chapel with The Ven. John Sharpe officiating. The Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #4 Auxillery will hold a tribute at the service. Interment will take place in the Carrolls Crossing Cemetery.
