It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear mother Teresa Loretta Jackson (Roche) at the age of 84, surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her husband Herbert Jackson and her son Joseph Jackson and members of the Roche and Jackson family. Leaving to mourn sons Paul (Angela), Nick (Deborah), Bobby, Freddy (Peggy), Gerald, Gordie (Doreen), Kenny (Elaine), Warren (Natasha); daughters Patsy (Harry), Mary (Andy), Loretta (Daryll), Shirley (Wayne), Louise (Gerald), Judy (Billy); and daughter - in - law Von; 31 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild; and a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Thank you to nieces Patricia, Alice, Maisie for their faithful Tuesday and Thursday night visits. Special thank you for the care that was given by Public Health Nurse Dawn Clarke and Dr. Lesley Doody and the staff at the Palliative Care Unit. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, Torbay on Thursday and Friday from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday from St. Francis of Assisi Parish, Outer Cove at 9:30 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Francis of Assisi Cemetery.
