We, the family of the late John Eric Stevens wish to thank and express appreciation to our family and friends for their kindness, love and support during the past year. To everyone who phoned, visited, brought food, sent cards and made donations in Jack’s name, we thank you. To Father Bill Rankin, Father Leo Boone and Jay Bigley a special thank you for bringing communion to Jack at home. A sincere thanks to the V.O.N., Respite, Palliative Care Doctors and Nurses of floor 4E. A heartfelt thank you to Father Bill Rankin for the moving eulogy and to the honorary pallbearers, Leo MacSween, Shelly Brown, Gerard Phalen and Donnie Mac Isaac. We thank St. Anne’s Lunch Committee, St. Anne’s Choir and Greg Woodford for the beautiful rendition of the “Our Father”. We would like to thank Ken McGillivray and staff for their kindness at this difficult time.
