Passed peacefully away at Glenbrook Lodge nursing home on Saturday, December 6, 2014, Mary Ellen "Nellie" O'Keefe, age 95 years. Nellie was the last surviving child of John and Matilda O'Keefe and was predeceased by her siblings, Robert, Alfred, Charles, Jim, Louis, John, Paul and Agnes "Ollie". Left to celebrate her life are many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great nephews, other relatives and the staff of Glenbrook Lodge. The family wishes to thank the staff of Glenbrook Lodge for their care, kindness and compassion over the past four years. At Nellie's request, cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 10, 2014 from Caul's Chapel at 11 a.m. with inurnment to follow at Belvedere Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Glenbrook Lodge.
