Peacefully, at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Charlottetown, on Saturday, December 6, 2014, with her daughter holding her hand, of Greta C. Thibodeau of Charlottetown and formerly of Miminegash, aged 92 years.
Wife of the late Henry Thibodeau. She was born in Ebbsfleet on August 14, 1922, the daughter of the late Edmond and Julia (Wedge) Doucette. She is survived by her loving daughter Anne Thibodeau of Charlottetown. Sister to Patrick (Jean) Doucette, Summerside, Carl (Gladys) Doucette, Miminegash, Winston (Thelma) Doucette, O’Leary, and sister-in-law to Eleanor Doucette, Alberton, Melvin Gallant, Alberton, and Basil Chaisson, Tignish.
She was predeceased by her parents Edmond and Julia, sisters Elva, Bernetta, brothers Aneas, Ralph, Alfred, Melvin, twin brothers in infancy and an infant sister Alfreda.
Resting at the West Prince Funeral Home, 522 Thompson Road, Palmer Road, where funeral mass will be held at the Immaculate Conception Church, Palmer Road, Monday, Dec. 8, 2014, at 2 p.m. No visiting hours by personal request.
Interment in the church cemetery.
