BERRY, PAULINE B. - Pauline B. Berry, 94, of McNair Manor, Riverview, and formerly of Sunset Village and Peoples Park Tower, passed away peacefully at her residence on Tuesday, December 9, 2014. Born in Hillsborough, she was the daughter of the late George and Josephine (Steeves) Kearns. Pauline was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister. She was a member of the Moncton Wesleyan Church and the Moncton Wesleyan Seniors Group. In past years, she enjoyed trailering in Shediac, playing the piano and harmonica and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Pauline will be sadly missed by her daughters, Gail Carruthers (Gary) of Campbell River, BC, Donna Macklem of Riverview and Betty Reid (Allan) of Niagara Falls, ON; sons, James Berry (RuthAnn) and Ron Berry (Valerie), both of Moncton; grandchildren, Kristi, Kari, Stacey, Kellie, Melanie, Melissa, Rodney, Justin and Ryan; 11 great-grandchildren; sisters, Helen Ogilvie of Dartmouth, NS and Doris Gautreau of Moncton; brother, Reginald Kearns of Ottawa, ON as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family members. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Carl Berry (1999); sisters, Kay and Laura; brothers, Allison, Gerry and Don.
Visitation at Fergusons Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995) on Friday from 10:00 to 10:55 am. Funeral Service at Fergusons Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, December 12, 2014 at 11:00 am, with Pastor David Way officiating. Reception in the Funeral Home Reception Centre following the service. Interment, Fair Haven Memorial Gardens. In Pauline’s memory, donations to the Moncton Wesleyan Church or the Friends of The Moncton Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
