Passed peacefully away at the Palliative Care Unit of the L.A. Miller Centre on Monday, December 8, 2014. Nick Parrott, aged 71 years, was predeceased by his son Elvis; son-in-law Kevin; parents Nicholas and Margaret and brother Leonard. Nick leaves to mourn, his loving and devoted wife Margaret; daughters Michelle (Nick), Dawn (Tanya), Nicki (Robbie), Connie, Carolann and Janice (Ernie); sons Craig, Cliff (Eileen) and Rick (Sandra) as well as a large number of precious grandchildren and great-grandchildren, especially little Harley who brought so much joy to the last few weeks of his life. Nick also leaves his brothers Pat (Ann) and Ben (Loretta); sisters Bridget, Kate and Esther (Francis); his very special friend Bob Conway and a large circle of other relatives and friends. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Wednesday from 2 - 9 p.m. and on Thursday from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Service will take place from Caul's Chapel on Friday, December 12, 2014 at 11:30 a.m. with inurnment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are gratefully accepted or donations in Nick's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
