It is with great sadness that the family of the late Arch Goosney announce his passing on Wednesday, December 10, 2014 at the age of 65 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife of 40 years, Margaret; son Michael Goosney (Sasha); brother Paul Goosney (Elaine); his faithful furry companion Kelly; sisters and brothers in law. Also leaving to mourn a large circle of aunts, uncles, nieces & nephews, other relatives and friends. Predeceased by parents Winnie and Cliff Goosney; mother and father in law Frances and James Mercer, and sister in law Helen. In keeping with Arch’s wishes cremation has taken place. Friends may visit Country Haven Funeral Home Chapel, 167 Country Road on Monday, December 15, 2014 at 2:00 p.m., from where a Service of Remembrance will directly follow at 3:00 p.m. Interment will take place at a later date. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to the SPCA.
