Passed away suddenly at the Health Sciences Centre, St. John’s on Wednesday, December 10, 2014, Isabel Mercer of Clarenville, formerly of Fogo Island, aged 77 years. Predeceased by husband John and daughter Phyllis Yvonne. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are her children Wanda Best (Ed), Lower Sackville, NS, Marina Dyer (Brant) Cole Harbour, NS and Pauline Snelgrove (Roy), Clarenville; son-in-law Wayne Metherall, Dartmouth, NS; grandchildren Krista, Shaun, Meighan, Johnathon, Jody, Ryan and Brandon; great grandchildren Taylor and Dylan; and a large circle of family and friends. Rested at Fewer’s Funeral Home, Clarenville. Funeral service took place on Saturday, December 13, 2014 at St. Mary’s Anglican Church, Clarenville with interment at Clarenville Interdenominational Cemetery. In her memory donations may be made to Clarenville Interdenominational Cemetery.
